On July 1, 2023, the Seal Beach Police Department took over providing Animal Control Services to the community.  All current pet licenses issued by the City of Long Beach are valid through the end of 2023.  Within the next few weeks, more information will be released about obtaining a Seal Beach pet license.  Until then, please complete the form below so the SBPD can collect your pet’s information.  Once the new system is online, we will be in touch to complete the pet licensing process.  For more information, please contact us at animalcontrol@sealbeachca.gov.  Thank you
