OC Links provides information and linkage to any of the Health Care Agency’s Behavioral Health Services, including crisis services, via telephone and chat. Callers can be potential participants, family members, friends, law enforcement and other first responders, providers or anyone seeking behavioral health resources and support. Trained Navigators provide information, referral, and linkage directly to programs in the behavioral health continuum of care from prevention through crisis identification and response.
