It is free, and you do not have to give your name, show ID, make an appointment, or ask staff for help. You can drop off pills, tablets, and capsules, either in their original bottles or in a sealed bag. Cross out your name on the label first. Do not put in liquid medicines, needles, or syringes. The kiosk is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., at 911 Seal Beach Boulevard.
